Do you perform legal marriages in Tennessee and Kentucky?
Yes. I am authorized to solemnize marriages in the states of Tennessee and Kentucky and ensure all marriages are completed in accordance with state requirements.

​What do we need to bring to our appointment?
You must bring a valid marriage license issued by a county clerk. Both parties must be present and prepared to sign where required.

Do you file the marriage license for us?
Couples will be responsible for returning the marriage license to the issuing county clerk unless previously agreed upon otherwise.

What is the difference between Marriage by Signature and an Elopement Ceremony?
Marriage by Signature is a document-only service. The Elopement Signature Ceremony includes a short, meaningful ceremony for the couple only.

Is there a guest limit for ceremonies?
Elopement: couple only. Intimate Ceremony: up to 10 guests. Full Signature Ceremony: no guest limit.

Do you offer wedding planning or coordination?
No. Signature Vows provides officiant services only. Planning and coordination are not included.​​​
